Michelle Ngome is an award-winning inclusive marketing consultant. As the founder of Line 25 Consulting, she trains and consults with organizations on how to create diverse and inclusive marketing strategies. Michelle’s work in marketing has been presented to dozens of organizations such as AIG, Capital One, and the YMCA.
In 2019, she founded the African-American Marketing Association, creating a platform that empowers Black marketers all over the United States. Michelle is the recipient of the Courageous Marketing Leader Award and the Diversity in Business by the Houston Business Journal. She is a member of Forbes The Culture, National Diversity Council, and the National Black MBA Association. Michelle has participated in leadership programs such as Leadership Houston Class XXXIX, Acceler8, and the Houston Black Leadership Institute Class II.
Michelle has completed DEI programs at Cornell University and the University of South Florida. In addition to becoming a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional.
Michelle has written white papers on The 6 Methods For Your Organization to Become Inclusive, The 5 Part Framework to Inclusive Marketing, and The Language of Inclusion Guide. She hosts the podcast Marketing For The Culture and her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Entrepreneur, and USA Today.
The Line 25 Consulting, inclusive marketing team consists of Tanida Mullen and Lee Coleman.
Tanida is a Certified Facilitator. She has served in leadership roles with American Advertising Federation and Meeting Professionals Internation (MPI). With MPI she served on the DEI committee and was the recipient of the MPI Chair Award.
Her success has been the result of her creativity and thirst for knowledge which has led her to launch The Savvy Young Professional, an online hub that serves up business, leadership, and life tips for young professionals.
Tanida enjoys helping organizations understand the significance of empathy, team alignment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
